Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the PMPC Online Member Portal and your membership with Pinagdanlayan Multipurpose Cooperative.

Membership

  1. Membership in PMPC is open to individuals residing in or having economic activity within the cooperative's area of operation.
  2. Applicants must attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) before submitting their application.
  3. Membership requires a minimum share capital contribution and a one-time membership fee of ₱200.
  4. Approval of membership applications is subject to review by the Membership Committee and ratification by the Board of Directors.

Online Portal

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must notify PMPC immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Information you provide must be accurate and current

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
  • Interfere with or disrupt the portal's operation
  • Use the portal for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information

Loans

  • All loan applications are subject to credit evaluation and committee approval
  • Loan terms, interest rates, and penalties are governed by the cooperative's lending policies (available at the office)
  • Approval by the system does not constitute a guarantee of loan release
  • Separation of duties applies: the loan approver cannot also serve as the disbursing officer

Savings and Share Capital

  • Interest rates on savings are set by the Board of Directors and may change with notice
  • Share capital may only be withdrawn upon termination of membership
  • Dividends are distributed annually based on the cooperative's net surplus and your patronage

Limitation of Liability

PMPC is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
  • Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
  • Decisions made based on preliminary calculations shown in the portal (official figures are those in your passbook or official notice)

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008 (RA 9520) and applicable CDA regulations.
